Requirements

At Smt. Elaichi Devi mahavidhyalaya, we welcome students who are passionate about building a strong technical career. Admission to our various trade courses is based on the following eligibility criteria:

    • Minimum Age: 16 years

    • No upper age limit

✅ Required Documents:

Applicants must submit photocopies and original documents for verification at the time of admission:

  1. 10th / 12th Marksheet and Certificate

  2. Transfer Certificate (TC) / School Leaving Certificate

  3. Aadhar Card

  4. Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  5. Passport-size Photographs (4–6 copies)

  6. Domicile Certificate (if required)

  7. Character Certificate from last attended institution

✅ Admission Process:

 

  1. Collect the admission form from the ITI office or download it from the website.

  2. Fill in the required details and attach the necessary documents.

  3. Submit the form to the office before the last date.

  4. Admission will be granted on first-come, first-served basis (or entrance test/interview, if applicable).
